The Bread ...

At the Fournil de La Dounia, you will find

The bread and the flour are both produced to Organic standards : the wheat is purchased from an organic farmer, the salt from Guérande, the remaining ingredients are organic (raisins, sesame, walnuts, chocolate…). Organic status has been applied for.

The bread will keep for at least a week.

A project ...

A couple living in Laurenan; Samuel manufactures "Astrié" type millstones for farmers who wish to make flour and bread from their cerals & Valérie runs health food cookery courses and makes the bread. In the future they hope to cultivate their own cereals (wheat, spelt…).
